By accessing and using Social Content Manager, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. TikTok Integration

This application integrates with TikTok's API. By using this tool, you also agree to be bound by TikTok's Terms of Service and TikTok's Privacy Policy.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you upload using this application. You agree that you own the rights to, or have appropriate permissions for, any video content you publish through Social Content Manager.

4. Limitation of Liability

Social Content Manager is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not responsible for any actions taken by TikTok regarding your account, including bans or content removals.
